Height: Most grow about 45cm tall

Aspect
Need full sun or partial shade, with shelter from cold, drying winds.
Care
Grow in fertile, moist but well drained soil Plant hardy fucshias with the base of the stem 5cm (2inches) below the surface of the soil, and protect them with a deep winter mulch of bark chippings or similar. Plant non-hardy fuchsia in Summer when frosts have passed. Cut the old stems of hardy fuchsias to the ground in Spring.

Description
These plants produce wonderfully extravagant blooms. Some varieties are hardy, and will last through the Winter with the help of a good mulch, others are only for summer shows, but all are a fantastic addition to any garden.
