| Description | There are deciduous and evergreen varieties, each with course leaves, covered in downy hairs and soft green in colour. All varieties are smothered by flowers in Summer and Autumn. They are also quite big so should be used as a backdrop for smaller shrubs. They are mostly fully hardy, although some are only frost hardy (temps down to -5 degrees Celcius.) |
