Uses
-Tasty
-Can be grown in the middle/at the back of a mixed border to help protect them from frosts
Description
Cauliflowers can be quite tricky to grow, because you need to ensure that the soil is moist throughout the growing season. Some varieties can get quite big, and some varieties need to be in the ground for up to a year, while most mini varieties only need to be in the ground for about 20 weeks. However, they are worth the room and the effort!
