Price Available on Request
ColoursRed
SizeHeight: 30cm/12inches
Spread: 1m/3ft
AspectThey prefer full sun or partial shade
CareThey like a fertile, well drained soil (so add some well rotted organic manure before planting. They do like to spread, but that is easy to control, simply dig your spade in where you want them to stop spreading. Divide every 3-5 years (or when they are looking leggy) in autumn, after flowering.
Uses-Can be used at the front of beds/borders (can be invasive so don't forget to dig your spade in!)
-Useful as groundcover for dry, shady areas such as in the shadows of trees, walls and shrubs where little else would grow well.
DescriptionThis Bergenia is a glossy leaved evergreen border plant, with red flowers, that are extended on long stems.
