Description
These plants can be annual, biennial or perennial (depending on the variety). All varieties are covered in masses delicate (sometimes fragrant) flowers between summer and autumn. They also attract beneficial insects, such as bees, into the garden. Most of the leaves cluster at the base of the stem. Most varieties are fully hary but some will only tolerate temperatures down to -5 degrees Celsius.
