| Description | This hardy perennial is extremely useful, as the leaves and purple flowers can be used in cooking. They taste a bot like mild onion. Its strappy foliage, and round purple flowers make it a nice addition for the front of beds/borders. The flowers also attract beneficial insects, including bees. |
