| Description | Parsley has a strong flavour, which compliments many dishes. Its bright green leaves will liven up any planting scheme. There are two main types; flat leaf and curly leaf parsley. The curly leaf has a more dramatic appearance. It is a biennial, and is quite hardy, but needs winter protection in cold areas. |
