| Description | This hardy perennial has long, narrow leaves, which are deep green. The flowers are yellow and insignificant. Its tate is very strong and desirable. It is added to bearnaise sauce, hollandaise sauce and mousseline, as well as vinegar, which serves as a salad dressing. It accompanies omlettes, marinated meatsand chicken stuffing. Its flavour is similar to anise. |
