- Carefully take watered plant from pot
- Make sure the ground is properly loosened. Add compost and bonemeal in the hole to allow roots to get going
- Place in hole totally covering rootball. Firm in well and give a good soaking
- Watch him grow!
Tips
- Read label carefully to make sure shrub is being planted in correct position and soil
- Check if shrub will grow to the size and height you need
- Do not let the shrub dry out, especially in the first two years
- After the first year, feed the shrub once a year, and yearly thereafer
