Do you accept credit cards in the nursery?
Sorry, not at this time. We accept cash or cheque as payment, this helps us to keep our prices low.
Why aren't you answering the phone?!
We do get extremely busy at the Nursery and at times it is near impossible to answer the phone. You can also contact us by clicking here.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell Davies Brothers gift vouchers, which are available in denominations of £20.00. Unfortunately we do not accept National Garden Gift Vouchers.
Why aren't you open all year round?
Unlike most gardens centres we only grow and sell seasonal plants, herbs and produce and therefore we are not open for twelve months of the year. For full details of our opening times please visit the 'Opening hours' section of our website.
When are your plant deliveries?
Our delivery days change on a regular basis and their frequency increases during peak season. For up to date delivery details, please check the news column on our home page and our Facebook page.
Which plants are rabbit-proof?
Believe it or not this is a very common question here at the Nursery. The following plants are known to be rabbit-resistant and the good news is we stock them all:
