We take great care to ensure we do as much as we can to reduce Carbon emissions to the environment. Some of our Green actions are described below:
  • We encourage our customers to return their empty plastic self-watering hanging baskets,which are in good condition so we can recycle them by offering a discount off their next basket.

  • At the Nursery, we grow a number of plants from seed to minimise the need to fly or drive plants anywhere.

  • We sell peat free compost to help reduce the effect on the environment.

  • In order to help our customers be greener we sell compost bins at competitive prices.

  • Our range of hanging baskets includes a self-watering basket, which holds a resovior of water inside the bottom half, this helps to prevent water loss.

  • We are trying to cut down on the amount of leaflets we give to our customers by asking them to join our internet mailing list to save on paper.
