The terms of our online trading are about as simple as they can get.

Ordering
There are NO charges for booking or ordering. There are NO charges for collection. Where we deliver, there is a standard charge of £5 per delivery.

Cancelling
We make NO charge for cancellations.

Failure to collect/deliver
The following applies where you do not collect your goods or you are not available to accept your order at the place and time you instructed with your order:
  • Collections : We will hold your order for collection for up to seven days, at our discretion. During that period, we will return your order to stock and cancel the order

  • Deliveries : Your order will be held for collection at our premises for up to seven days, on the basis of other collecitons.


Refunds
Where payment has been made by credit card in advance of collection/delivery, and the order has been cancelled or there has been a failure in collection/delivery and we have returned the items to stock, we will issue you a full refund to the credit card with which you placed your order, after deducting 5% to cover the charges to us by the online credit card facilitators for the charge and refund.

In all other cases, refunds follow the standard policy at the Nursery.
